Nets of note #ARRL #hamradio

Nestled in Northeast Oklahoma is a group of hams with a worldwide reach on the "Boredom Breaker Net" hosted by the Rogers County Wireless Association.

Using the local repeaters, with help from Allstar, Echolink, and a few other connections, the net has checkins, for example, LA6UIA.

The Bordom Breaker Net is now known as the N5XQK Boredom Breaker Net in honor of one of the founders of the net and silent key.

Check in and break the boredom ... thanks to your friends in the Claremore area.

BTW, the Green Country hamfest is not happening because of Covid for the second year in a row.
