In the seemingly never ending drama of the disease, please consider your responsibility in life. YOU are responsible for what it takes for YOU to make it through the day, week, month.
For Covid, for example, there are a number of things YOU can do to avoid the illness.
1. Get Vaccinated
2. Wear a mask
3. Just stay home.
4. Exercise
5. Boost your immune system. Vitamin supplements help build your resistance.
6. Shop online or use pickup services. Avoid crowds. Amazon, Target, and Walmart offer delivery.
7. Study for your ham radio license. This is the original social distance hobby. Some groups and clubs have nets just to check on one another.
Two of those are instantly unpopular but if one can work at home, really, why do you need to get out? Exercise is possible without exposing yourself to others. Are you symptomatic? Just stay home.
